Before learning this trick, you should have backside pop shoves, body varials, and be able to ride switch while moving down. This trick is a harder one to be used down obstacles but is good for games of skate or just messing around.
When setting up for this trick have your back foot in the outside corner of the tail, and your front foot hanging off the heelside edge of teh board. When popping your tail off the snow, make sure to pop it then start spinning a frontside body varial. When in the air, you should spin the body varial a bit faster then the pop shove so you can land stable. When you land, you'll tend to land more on the tail of the board riding switch...this is good, but try to level out the board and be over top of it when you land. If you land a bit off, quickly move your feet in the ride position to be most stable switch.
